  • Venue visit ~ Wedding & Reception Sites ~  Beginning at $300.00

  • Officiant Services ~ Beginning at $700

  • Additional Coordinator for your wedding day ~ $350.00 + mileage if applicable

  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination ~ Beginning at $600

  • Engagement Dinner Coordination ~ Beginning at $600

  • Day-after-wedding brunch/breakfast Coordination ~ Beginning at $600

  • Greeting baskets/bags for out of town guests and distribution ~ $150/hr.

  • Creating and sourcing creative gift bags, baskets, boxes, informational packets and more ~ $150/hr.

  • Assistance with RSVP follow up calls ~ $150/hr.

Amazing service!!!

Ali and her team at wedding angel events were amazing! We had a complicated wedding, and we had a lot going on in our personal lives during our wedding planning. Ali helped me stay on track with getting tasks done and helped with all the last minute logistics. I’ve planned a lot of events before, and still found Ali’s services to be 110% worth every penny! I would not have enjoyed my wedding day as much without Ali’s help. On the day of the wedding, her team helped so much with setup, random things that popped up, and making sure my husband and I had a good time. I would highly recommend Ali and her team!!! They were very sweet. Thank you for making my wedding day run so smoothly!! We had a blast!! You guys are the best!

I loved working with Ali and her team!

I hired Wedding Angel Events for 2 month coordination before my big day to help guide me through the last few weeks leading up to our wedding and I am SO glad I did! Ali is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable in what is usually a very stressful time. I mean it when I say, NOTHING went wrong on our day, at least nothing I knew about..which works for me, haha! I owe most of that to the Wedding Angel Events team.
