Full Service Wedding Planning
(Wedding planning + Wedding coordination)
You're engaged! Best wishes! Now the fun begins. If you're like most of us, you work full time, and have a very busy life. Perhaps you don't have time to plan your wedding, you just don't know where to start, or you aren't comfortable with the amount of knowledge, skill, and time that goes into planning such a fabulous affair. We understand completely, and we're here to help. We love and enjoy planning one-of-a-kind, personal, meaningful weddings, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Our team will capture your individual wedding essence to help design your dream wedding, and we'll assist you throughout the whole wedding planning process. We'll advise you with venue and vendor choices, managing your budget, accompanying you to appointments, coordinating logistics, serving as your point person with vendors, etc. We do all of the legwork for you, so your planning experience will be as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
Full wedding planning package starts at $9,000
Our wedding coordination and management packages are for those couples who want to plan their own wedding, but would then like to be able relax and enjoy their wedding day with their families and friends. We provide the coordination team that couples need to ensure their big day flows smoothly and effortlessly, by providing the liaison between vendors, guests and families. We'll manage your timeline and your vendors, while providing a calm, stabilizing energy throughout the day.
We offer 3 different Wedding Day Management packages to guide you with finalizing details, look for gaps, and begin putting together an itinerary for your wedding day. On your big day, your coordinators will be on-site taking care of every last thing behind the scenes, setting up auxiliary tables, setting out your special touches, tracking timelines and greeting vendors. We'll also gracefully take care of and smooth out any issues that may crop up.

Elopement, though, isn’t something new, is coming back in a big way! Simple weddings, including a table-for-two adventure, are becoming more popular by the minute. At Wedding Angel Events we believe that you should have the wedding of your dreams, even if a big wedding isn’t your style. We love weddings of all shapes and sizes and we think that even the smallest of weddings still deserve to have just as much creative thought and passion dedicated to them. That’s why we created the Sweet Petite Elopement Package!

Wedding Set Up
Weddings and other special events are a time of celebration, and having the time to pull all the décor details together before your special event can be overwhelming. We'll work together to create a carefully thought out plan for your ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces, and we'll execute that plan the day before your wedding.
This service is an additional service that may be combined with any wedding coordination package.
Setup of your venue the day before your wedding day (this service is separate from our day-of-coordination services)
One-on-one communication with our Setup professional/coordinator leading up to the wedding day

We believe that every couple should be surrounded by beauty on their wedding day! We are pleased to offer sheer draping and rentals to help make your wedding spaces amazing and memorable.

Design, deliver, install, and then de-construct the following day, allowing you and your families to truly relax and enjoy your stress-free wedding day. Because all weddings are unique, all packages are customized specifically for your event needs.

Ali from Wedding Angel Events was amazing! She was more than an on-day coordinator. Throughout the planning process, Ali was attentive, organized and resourceful. She helped alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing. We had some last minute problems and she stepped up and handled it.
