Wedding Weekend Management & Coordination
Wedding Weekend Coordination is for those couples who have planned their wedding, but know the importance of having help for their wedding weekend, so they can truly be a guest at their own wedding. As our most comprehensive package, Weekend Coordination includes coordination of your entire wedding weekend, from the ceremony rehearsal to the morning-after brunch. (Go ahead and sleep in. You’ve earned it!) A Wedding Angel Events Coordinator will be on-site every step of the way to ensure each event rolls seamlessly into the next, including set-up, breakdown, transportation, vendor management and more.
Perhaps you have your venue and a few vendors booked, but need help with the rest. Or, you are stuck somewhere in the planning process and don't know what your next steps should be. We can help! Once we determine the scope of your wedding, how far along you are in the process, and the amount of assistance required, we’ll develop a customized package to meet your needs

Elopement, though, isn’t something new, and it’s coming back in a big way. Simple weddings, including a table-for-two adventure, are becoming more popular by the minute. At Wedding Angel Events we believe that you should have the wedding of your dreams, even if a big wedding isn’t your style. We love weddings of all shapes and sizes and we think that even the smallest of weddings still deserve to have just as much creative thought and passion dedicated to them. That’s why we created two different elopement packages - the Best Day Ever Elopement Package and the Sweet Petite Elopement Package.
Wedding Day-of Setup
Weddings and other special events are a time of celebration , and having the time to pull all the decor details together before your special event can be overwhelming. Let us relieve some of that stress by taking care of your set-up needs! We'll work together to create a carefully thought out plan for your ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces, and we'll execute that plan either the day before or the day of your event.

Wedding Management & Coordination
If you’re focused solely on a flawless wedding day, consider it done! With our Wedding Day Management packages we'll begin working together two to six months before your wedding date to help you finalize details, look for gaps or things you may not have thought about, and begin putting together an itinerary for your wedding day. On your big day, a lead and assistant Coordinator will be on-site taking care of every last thing behind the scenes, setting up auxiliary tables, setting out your special touches, tracking timelines and managing vendors. We'll also gracefully smooth out any issues that may crop up. This is your day to relax and indulge in the company of your family and friends! You're engaged! Best wishes! Now the fun begins. If you're like most of us, you work full time, and have a very busy life. Perhaps you don't have time to plan your wedding, you just don't know where to start, or you aren't comfortable with the amount of knowledge, skill, and time that goes into planning such a fabulous affair. We will assist you throughout the whole wedding planning process, advising you with venue and vendor choices, managing your budget, accompanying you to appointments, coordinating logistics, serving as your point person with vendors, etc. We do all of the legwork for you, so your planning experience will be as pleasant as possible. Your wedding will be unique, reflect your personal tastes and style of living, and planned and executed with beauty, grace and style.

We are pleased to offer decor rentals and decorating services to help make your wedding spaces amazing and memorable.
Our Wedding and Event decor packages include:
Design , deliver, install and then deconstruct all decor rentals, allowing you, your fiance, your families and friends to truly relax and enjoy your special day, stress-free.
Because all events are unique, all packages are customized specifically for your event needs. Booking with us includes emails, phone calls, meetings, venue visits, decor designs and preparation, mileage and 2-4 Wedding Angels to provide professional decor installation services.

She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing. We had some last minute problems and she stepped up and handled it.
