Ali and Bev were nothing short of FANTASTIC! They were our guides the whole way! My husband and I have very busy schedules, and Ali and Bev were extremely flexible to make sure we stayed on track with all of the planning. They are well organized and made sure we knew all of our options. They kept checklists, set appointments for us, researched local vendors and know every detail about how to plan a wedding. Nothing was missed! Not only did we decide to plan our wedding in 6 months, but we had a family emergency this summer and lost almost a month of planning. Ali and Bev gave us the time and space we needed, but as soon as I gave them the green light they had us right back in business! On the day of our wedding, the day flowed perfectly, and we owe so much of that to Ali and Bev :) I would recommend The Wedding Angel to anyone!!!! :) :) <3 <3

Wedding Angel Events were recommended to us by our photographer, who said that she would absolutely hire them to coordinate her own wedding. Despite the strong recommendation, however, we were a little hesitant. What is a wedding coordinator anyway? We ended up going for it and it is one of the best wedding planning decisions we made!
Ali and Tom are total professionals–responsive, supportive, super sweet–and have invaluable insight. For the bride and her family, the wedding day is a unique occasion – ideally, a once-in-lifetime experience. Ali and Tom, on the other hand, have been through countless wedding days and know exactly what to expect. They were able to raise important questions beforehand that would never occur to most brides – and then they handled it.
You spend so much time and money planning your wedding – it is so, so important and wonderful to be able to really enjoy the day. Ali and Tom let that happen. I had no concerns whatsoever on the day of my wedding, and was able to really live in the moment without worrying about the place settings. the food, the band, the flowers or anything else. A lot of the vendors you speak with will act as if they will be handling certain aspects of the day, which may lead you to believe that a wedding coordinator is unnecessary. But it is invaluable to have someone (other than the bride) who knows exactly how everything is supposed to fit together, and can make it happen. Ali and Tom are the perfect people to do that.

Wow...where are the words? Ali you are an amazing and loving friend and an incredible wedding angel!!! Without you, our wedding day would not have happened as absolutely perfectly as it did! From the first day to every single dinner planning date and morning dog park date talking about wedding details, planning all the minute details I never would have thought of, to the check-in phone calls, to the middle of the night thoughts & ideas not only I had, but you too, to officiating in a way that so perfectly expressed our love, to taking the 2 hour trek up to the north Maine woods to marry us, to taking care of things after the ceremony before the party, to magically doing a million things that we probably don't even know about, to just being there for both of us and helping us plan the best day of our lives. We didn't get Ali involved in our wedding process until we looked for an Officiant
All in all, we thought we were doing well with planning our own wedding. It wasn't until three and a half months before that we started to stress about how the details would actually pull together and go smoothly on our big day. When we searched for an officiant, our priority was finding someone whom we felt comfortable with. A person who was open minded about a gay marriage. Ali's personality and wittiness instantly appealed to us and it was not long after that she gained our trust. Ali was not just an officiant, she helped us go through all the details of the wedding and asked questions that we hadn't thought of. She provided decorating tips, advice on the events of the ceremony, reception and created a timeliness so all our planning would run smoothly. The events coordinator didn't go through all of this fine tuning with us, after all they work for the venue not us. Ali became our friend and she was only a phone call away. We met at the venue several times to go over new ideas and the layout/settings for our big day. She assisted with the vows for our ceremony too. Our ceremony had such a personal touch that all our guests were in amazement. We honestly feel our most important event in our life was successful due to Ali's vision and commitment to make this our best day!

"Ali and Bev offered their Day-of-Coordination services to us out of nowhere, in truly angelic fashion, and now that we’ve been through the entire process, I don’t know what we would have done without them. Ali and Bev are amazing! Having been married before, and did all the work of planning the wedding myself, for this wedding I just wanted to enjoy my engagement and not worry about a thing. I found Wedding Angel Events on Wedding Wire, and gave Ali a call. We met, and although I had a lot of different ideas and plans of what I wanted our wedding to look like, Ali and Bev were confident that they could give us our perfect wedding. I hired them for their Day-of-Coordination service, however they gave us so much more. We worked closely together, planning and strategizing before the wedding, and Ali and Bev were extremely helpful and attentive to all the details.
On the day of our wedding, I arrived at our wedding venue and it was absolutely gorgeous! Every detail was in place, and done to perfection. Ali and Bev were a great team, and kept our day flowing smoothly from start to finish. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we did too! The best part for me, is that I wasn't stressed out at all over anything. These ladies are the most competent team around, and I would highly recommend them! I have married the woman of my dreams, and thanks to Ali and Bev I had the wedding of my dreams as well!

We contacted Bev last minute to Officiate our ceremony at French's Point in Stockton Springs, and she was absolutely amazing! We were a little nervous at rehearsal, but she put us right at ease, and made us laugh. She did a beautiful job with our ceremony, and was willing to do two readings for us, plus incorporate a blanket wrapping ritual into the ceremony. She has grace and style and we're so glad that we found her!

As with all weddings, mine had some hiccups. As the rehearsal approached, I became more overwhelmed. Bev helped to calm my nerves by taking charge and reminding me that everything would be ok. "We had a good sized ceremony of about 160 people and wanted an extremely short and sweet ceremony. Ali came prepared with plenty of options for a short ceremony, as well as others just in case we had a change of heart. The hospitality offered to us from Ali and Bev, from Wedding Angel Events, was like no other. Every time I had a question, she was quick to respond. She met us in person to discuss our wedding ceremony. Bev was our officiant and she was able to manage our very large wedding party and larger families during our rehearsal. The ceremony was beautiful and there was not a dry eye in the place!

"When I told My husband I was hiring a Day of Coordinator for our wedding he was a little Skeptical of the money that it was going to cost and the Value we were going to get out of it. We met Ali about a year before our wedding and booked her right away. She was Great and put us right at ease. During the planning process she would responded immediately to any Questions I had about the planning process. The night before her and Tom came to help with the rehearsal, We had a friend performing the ceremony who had never done one before and they helped him through the entire process, It made him feel so much better and more comfortable. The day of the wedding I did not think about anything at all! Ali called me first thing in the morning and then checked in with the Maid of Honor and Best man a few hours before the ceremony. Everything ran so smooth and if something didn't I had no idea at all. I wish I could say everything they did but honestly they did it without evolving me (as I did not want to be dealing with any issues the day of) so I couldn't tell you everything. The thing I remember the most of their attentiveness is I had gotten up to get my Dinner at the Buffet, Sat down and was Eating and Ali came over and said "Do you need a napkin?" and handed me one that is how in touch with every detail they were. I can not say enough how much it was worth the money to have the two of them there. I have been to friends weddings that in between the Ceremony and reception friends are running around setting flowers, lighting candles, or trying to reach the caterer to get everything set. My Friends and family just enjoyed there day, and The wedding Angels took care of it all. I would recommend the Day of Coordination to anyone getting married. My day was everything I dreamed it would be and I can say Ali and Tom were a huge part of that!

Ali was an amazing officiant! She was helpful throughout the whole process of the wedding not just during the ceremony. I was able to call Ali with any questions about any part of the wedding I had and she was more than happy to answer them. I didn't have a lot of guidance as I am the first of my friends to get married but Ali was always available if I needed it. She was wonderful!

I am so grateful that I found Ali. Due to her kindness, thoroughness and detail orientation, every single moment of our wedding was picture perfect. Ali was super communicative and from the first conversation, made sure she knew what my vision for the day was and asked questions as well as gave suggestions to ensure that it was perfection. When our rehearsal was rained out, Ali and Tom ensured that everyone still knew exactly what to do for our outdoor wedding. You would have thought that we practiced for hours.
