​Wedding Weekend Management 

Wedding  management for your entire wedding weekend -  ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner,                                                                       wedding day & post wedding day brunch.

Wedding Full Weekend Management package includes:

  • ​We start working together 6 months prior to your wedding day

  • 20 Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding wish list, details, tasks, etc.

  • Unlimited Email support 

  • Phone support (phone calls by appointment

  • Access to our Master Vendor List

  • Set priorities, budget, goals, preferences and overall vision for wedding

  • Complimentary Venue Site Visit 

  • Wedding planning checklists, advice and helpful hints

  • Collaboratively create timeline and schedule of events for wedding day

  • Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided

  • Guidance with ordering rentals

  • Review all detailed ceremony, wedding party and wedding management forms with couple

  • Review vendor contracts and provide guidance

  • Invitation etiquette

3 Months Prior to Wedding Date -

  • be available to consult about DIY elements within your event

  • review of rental order

  • Color Pallet and table set-up guidance

  • Assistance with seating chart and table placement

  • Conference call/video chat with your Officiant if we are providing that service for you

One Month Prior to Wedding Date- 

  • Review and update all wedding details with couple

  • Assistance with RSVP follow up calls

  • Final vendor confirmation and timeline review 

  • Contact all vendors - introductions & email our timeline

  • Contact Officiant - review & copy of wedding ceremony

  • verify all vendor arrival times, specific needs and contact information

Ceremony Rehearsal -

  • 2 hrs of ceremony rehearsal management -to include final walk through

  • Collaboratively creating a ceremony timeline with your Officiant for your wedding ceremony

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination

  • transport any decor items from the rehearsal space to storage for safe keeping

  • Provide checklists for the Maid of Honor and Best Man to ensure nothing is forgotten

Wedding Day -

  • Lead coordinator on site to manage your wedding day and make sure it flows smoothly and gracefully

  • Assistant coordinator on site to assist lead coordinator

  • 13 continuous hours of wedding day management

  • Bridal prep champagne & fruit basket for the ladies

  • Pre-ceremony snack basket for the guys

  • Pre-ceremony Day-of-wedding setup (ceremony chairs, tables, chairs, linens, etc. for reception)

  • Distribute bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres to the wedding party

  • Pin boutonnieres on the groomsmen/grooms-women

  • We are the onsite point of contact for the couple, wedding party, vendors, families, venue and guests

  • Confirm the set-up for the ceremony and reception sites are set up according to your plan

  • Greet all vendors as they arrive onsite and show them where to set up

  • Give each vendor a copy of the day's timeline and answer any questions

  • Set up auxiliary tables (escort card table/seating chart, card & gift table/ guest book table, cake table, memory table and DJ table.

  • set out any special touches or decor according to our decor plan

  • Keep the couple and the wedding party as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day

  • Arrange for our Signature "15 minutes of Bliss' if desired

  • Ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, and discretely handle any issues that might arise

  • Communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding to ensure everything is on time

  • Cue all formalities including the wedding party and couple for ceremony, and special events at reception, such as toasts, first dance, cake cutting, etc.

  • Distribute gratuities and final payments to vendors 

  • Secure precious items at reception's end, such as gifts/cards, toasting flutes, bouquet, guest book etc and put them in a pre -designated area

  • Deliver a Midnight snack to the honeymoon suite

  • 1 hr Post-reception clean up

The Morning After Your Wedding - Post-Wedding Brunch -

  • 3 hrs  of post - wedding brunch management 

  • Assist in the planning of the post-wedding brunch

  • Facilitate on-time arrival or delivery of outside catering

  • Management of food and beverage logistics

  • Help with setup of décor and/or floral items

  • Prevent and fix any challenges that may arise during the event

  • Help with clean up

Your investment begins at $6,000

*To this price, I'll add mileage, overnight accommodations (if more than 1 1/2 hrs from Bangor), fees (park, ferry, etc.), and additional coordinators if needed,).

  Our Wedding Managers do not:

  • handle or serve food/drinks/alcohol

  • buss tables

  • park cars

  • direct traffic

  • handle/use electronic equipment (laptops, tablets, cameras, speakers, sound systems, microphones etc.)

  • hang any decorations that require a ladder (unless it's our own decor)

  • move anything heavier than 30 lbs.

  • act as an MC/DJ for ceremonies/receptions, announce special events or announce the wedding party into your reception space.

  • Leave the premises once we are onsite unless it’s an emergency
