Package Option + Experience


We'll start working together 6 months prior to your wedding date -  this package includes:

6 Months Prior to Wedding Day -

  • Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding wish list, details, tasks, etc.

  • Unlimited Email support 

  • Phone support (phone calls by appointment)

  • Set priorities, budget, goals, preferences and overall vision for wedding

  • Wedding planning checklists, advice and helpful hints

  • Collaboratively create timeline and schedule of events for wedding day

  • Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided

  • guidance for ordering rental items

  • Review all detailed ceremony, wedding party and wedding management forms with couple

  • Review vendor contracts and provide guidance

Three Months Prior to Wedding Date -

  • Review rental order - look for gaps

  • Review Day-of-coordination form with couple

  • Obtain copy of ceremony from Officiant

  • Set up a conference call with your Officiant to discuss your ceremony 

One Month Prior to Wedding Date- 

  • Review day-of-coordination form with couple- ceremony details, wedding party names, reception details, etc.

  • Review and update all wedding details with couple

  • Final vendor confirmation and timeline review 

  • Contact all vendors - email our timeline

  • Verify all vendor arrival times, specific needs and contact information

The Day Before Your Wedding Day - Ceremony Rehearsal -

  • 1 hr. of ceremony rehearsal management -to include final walk through

  • Collaboratively creating a ceremony timeline with your Officiant for your wedding ceremony

  • transport any decor items from the rehearsal space to storage for safe keeping

Your Wedding Day -

  • Lead coordinator on site 3 1/2 hrs. before your ceremony start time to manage your wedding day and make sure it flows smoothly and gracefully

  • 9 continuous hours of wedding day management

  • Coordinator end time 9pm

  • We are the onsite point of contact for the couple, wedding party, vendors, families, venue and guests

  • Confirm the set-up for the ceremony and reception sites - check that spaces are set up according to plan

  • Provide checklists for the Maid of Honor and Best Man to ensure nothing is forgotten

  • Set up auxiliary tables (escort card table, gift & card table, memory table, cake table and DJ table)

  • Set out special touches

  • Keep the couple and the wedding party as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day

  • Offer our Signature "15 minutes of Bliss" to couple post-ceremony

  • Ensure the day runs smoothly and without issues

  • Communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding to ensure everything is on time

  • Cue all formalities including the wedding party and couple for ceremony, and special events at reception, such as toasts, first dance, cake cutting, etc.

  • Distribute gratuities to vendors

  • Secure precious items at coordinator end time, such as gifts/cards, toasting flutes, bouquet, guest book, etc. and put them in a pre -designated area


Your investment is $2,200​​ 

To this price, I'll add mileage, overnight accommodations, an additional coordinator(s) additional travel fees (ferry, park entrance fees) if applicable. 


  Our Wedding Managers do not:

  • handle or serve food/drinks/alcohol

  • clear tables/ scrape or re-rack dishes

  • park cars

  • direct traffic

  • handle/use electronic equipment (laptops, tablets, cameras, speakers, sound systems, microphones etc.)

  • hang any decorations that require a ladder (unless it's our own decor)

  • move anything heavier than 30 lbs.

  • act as an MC/DJ for ceremonies/receptions, announce special events or announce the wedding party into your reception space.

  • Leave the premises once we are onsite unless it’s an emergency

  • Greeting baskets/bags for out of town guests and distribution ~priced per hour

  • Welcome Gifts and Favors~ sourced locally - priced per event

  • Creating and sourcing creative gift bags, baskets, boxes, informational packets and more - priced per hour

  • Bridal Shower Coordination - priced per event

  • Assistance with RSVP follow up calls - priced per hour

"Ali greatly exceeded all expectations.."

Where do we start...Ali greatly exceeded all expectations...went way above and beyond. Considering all the complexities of a remote wedding, mini-destination, and with so many surprising “do it yourself” logistics unbeknownst to us at the onset, this was no small or easy task. Ali from Wedding Angel Events were incredibly professional, organized, detail oriented, diligent, experienced, and supportive. While at the same time very easy to work with, calming, laid back, and most importantly fun! We really enjoyed working with Ali in the months leading up to the wedding. She had so many great suggestions and experiences from a wide variety of weddings. She was on top of everything! She pushed us past the planning fatigue when we needed it and reassured us that it would all get done. We felt like we were in such good hands, and could just relax and enjoy our day. When you consider all the moving parts of a 3 day wedding weekend, where we needed an officiant AND a wedding coordinator, with a multitude of vendors, three different days of planning, and months of trust Ali so much to for her to take care of us and everything around us was a blessing. I’m not sure we could have done it without her. She’s just a great person, who cares, and wants you to enjoy what should be the best day of your life. Then, there was the actual officiant duties. Ali just has a calming, smooth, and comforting way of naturally speaking that really set the tone of the ceremony. She was relaxed, prepared, and delivered. Her suggestions added so much to what could have been just a typical ceremony. Many (if not all) of our guests commented on how great she was, how nice the readings were (her suggestions), and how they weren’t sure if she was part of the family! Ali also followed up with us several times after the wedding to make sure we were happy. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, officiant, or both... I can’t possibly recommend Wedding Angel Events any higher!
