Because there is really no such thing as "day-of-coordination" (where someone can simply arrive on your wedding day and make the day flow flawlessly), we'll start working together anywhere from 2 to 6 months before your wedding day.  This time together allows us to get to know each other better,  for us to understand what is important to you, and get a very clear idea of what your hopes and dreams are for your wedding day. 

We offer a full Wedding Weekend Management package and two Wedding Day Management packages to serve all of your wedding needs.

At Wedding Angel Events we want to be your partner in your wedding planning process so that your wedding day or weekend is stress-free and smoothly executed, allowing you and your new spouse to focus on the things that matter most.

Wedding Management (Coordination) Packages

Wedding Day Management  A

 We'll start working together 2 months prior to your wedding date.  This package includes: 

  • Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding wish list, details, tasks, etc.

  • Unlimited Email support 

  • Phone support (phone calls by appointment)

  • Set priorities, budget, goals, preferences and overall vision for wedding

  • Wedding planning checklists, advice and helpful hints

  • Collaboratively create timeline and schedule of events for wedding day

  • Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided

  • Review all detailed ceremony, wedding party and wedding management forms with couple

  • Be available to discuss DIY elements within your event

  • Review placement of your bridal party during the ceremony

     

  • One Month Prior to Wedding Date -

  • Review and update all wedding details with couple

  • Final vendor confirmation and timeline review 

  • Contact all vendors - email our timeline

  • verify all vendor arrival times, specific needs and contact information

Ceremony Rehearsal -

  • 1 hr of ceremony rehearsal management to include final walk through

  • Collaboratively creating a ceremony timeline with your Officiant for your wedding ceremony

Wedding Day -

  • Lead Coordinator onsite to manage your day and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and gracefully​​

  • 8 hours of wedding day management (our end time is 9pm)

  • We are the onsite point of contact for the couple, wedding party, vendors, families, venue and guests

  • Double check the set-up for the ceremony and reception sites​ and ensure that spaces are set up according to plan

  • Set up auxiliary tables and set out special touches

  • Keep the couple and the wedding party on track and as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day

  • Prevent and fix any challenges that may arise during the event

  • Communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding to ensure everything is on time

  • Cue all formalities including the wedding party and couple for ceremony, and special events at reception, such as toasts, first dance, cake cutting, etc.

  • Distribute gratuities and final vendor payments

  • Secure precious items at reception's end, such as gifts/cards, toasting flutes, bouquet, guest book etc and put them in a pre-designated area

Packages ranging from  $1,600 - $ 2,200 

Wedding Day Management  B

We'll start working together 6 months prior to your wedding date -  this package includes:

  • Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding wish list, details, tasks, etc.

  • Unlimited Email support 

  • Phone support (phone calls by appointment

  • Set priorities, budget, goals, preferences and overall vision for wedding

  • Venue Site Visit (if requested at booking)

  • Wedding planning checklists, advice and helpful hints

  • Collaboratively create timeline and schedule of events for wedding day

  • Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided

  • Rental order review and supervision

  • Review all detailed ceremony, wedding party and wedding management forms with couple

  • Review vendor contracts and provide guidance

  • Invitation etiquette

3 Months Prior to Wedding Date -

  • be available to consult about DIY elements within your event

  • guidance for ordering rental items  and review of order

  • Color Pallet and table set-up guidance

  • Assistance with seating chart and table placement

One Month Prior to Wedding Date- 

  • Review detailed wedding management forms with couple- ceremony details, wedding party names, reception details, etc.

  • Assistance with RSVP follow up calls

  • Review and update all wedding details with couple

  • Final vendor confirmation and timeline review 

  • Contact all vendors - email our timeline

  • verify all vendor arrival times, specific needs and contact information

  • Provide checklists for the Maid of Honor and Best Man to ensure nothing is forgotten

  • Set up auxiliary tables and set out special touches

  • Keep the couple and the wedding party as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day

  • Ensure the day runs smoothly and without issues

  • Communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding to ensure everything is on time

  • Cue all formalities including the wedding party and couple for ceremony, and special events at reception, such as toasts, first dance, cake cutting, etc.

  • Distribute gratuities and final vendor payments

  • Secure precious items at reception's end, such as gifts/cards, toasting flutes, bouquet, guest book etc and put them in a pre -designated area

Wedding Weekend Management Package C

Wedding  management for your entire wedding weekend -  ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding day & post wedding day brunch.

Wedding Weekend Management package C includes:

  • Rental order review and supervision

  • Secure precious items at reception's end, such as gifts/cards, toasting flutes, bouquet, guest book etc and put them in a pre -designated area

On Sunday:

  • 3 hrs  of post wedding brunch management 

  • Assist in the planning of the Post-Wedding Brunch

  • Facilitate on-time arrival or delivery of outside catering

  • Management of food and beverage logistics

  • Help with setup of décor and/or floral items

  • Prevent and fix any challenges that may arise during the event

  • Help with clean up

Packages ranging  from $3,500 - $4,500

Please note:

Mileage, additional wedding managers, overnight fee accommodations, and all other fees will already be included in your proposal price that I send to you

FYI -

* Overnight fee(s) will be charged for:

  • Any Ceremony/Reception site visits over 1 1/2 hr drive one way from Bangor

  • Any rehearsal + wedding over 1 1/2 hr drive  from Bangor

  • Any weekend coordination

  • Any morning ceremony more than an hour's drive from Bangor

  • The above package includes experienced and qualified Coordinator(s) from Wedding Angel Events at your wedding. (Please no Coordinator will be required for weekend coordinations, barn/farm weddings, weddings with ceremonies and receptions in two different locations, vineyard weddings, private homes and/or large open space/nontraditional venue weddings that require a lot of set up, and weddings with a guest list of over 110. One additional coordinator will be added per 50 people over 110. Additional coordinators are at the discretion of the lead coordinator and will be included in your wedding package.)

  • If there are any changes to your ceremony or reception locations, additions to your guest count, or additional work added requiring additional coverage after our contract has been signed, Wedding Angel Events reserves the right to add an assistant coordinator(s) to your package to ensure you receive the proper coverage and management for your wedding according to our standards.

  • Detailed timelines and information forms will be created and emailed to all of your vendors and any other client specified person.

  • Wedding Management & Coordination services do not include set up of ceremony and reception spaces. (unless contracted) However, this service is available and can be added to your contract. (Please see weddingangelevents.com under services for our Wedding day-of-set up).

  • As your coordinators, we will happily help you with last minute special touches, such as setting up your escort card table, gift and card table, cake table, putting out your guest book, setting up any items used in your ceremony, placing menu cards, table numbers, centerpieces etc. All elements of your décor must be complete and ready for us to set out and display.  We will make sure all the décor elements that  we have discussed in previous meetings are in the correct places and are cohesive with your visions of your wedding spaces.

  • We are not responsible for other vendor's professionalism or abilities. 

* Wedding Angel Events requires a non-refundable 50% retainer to book and hold your wedding date

* Additional hours of Coordination and management are available @ $150/hr

** For liability reasons our Coordinators cannot serve food/drinks to guests, buss tables, park cars, direct traffic, handle electronic equipment (laptops, tablets, cameras, speakers, sound systems, etc) hang any decorations that require a ladder (unless it's our decor)or move anything heavier than 30lbs,

We got married far from town at Camp Beech Cliff in Mt Desert, ME. Instead of the venue doing everything as you'd have at an hotel, we had independent contractors for everything, so the wedding was not easy to pull off without issue. This made Ali & Tom even more important and they did their job perfectly. They have vast experience, vendor connections and expertise, which really showed while planning and executing our event.

They offered great advice and options ranging from tough things like how to handle non-invited guests to little things like realizing a small town wouldn't have a shoe shiner (Tom did mine!). Not only are they great at their job, but they are

very easy to work with and genuine people.

Our wedding really went off without issue and everything was perfect.  Instead of reflecting on how something could have been better handled like many of our friends mention when reflecting on their weddings, we reflect on how perfect and smooth everything went and how we know Ali & Tom made that happen!"
