Our wedding management packages are for those couples who are planning their wedding themselves, but would like an extra set of hands on their big day to ensure their wedding day flows smoothly and flawlessly. Because there is really no such thing as "day-of-coordination" (where someone can simply arrive on your wedding day and make the day flow flawlessly), we'll start working together anywhere from 2 to 6 months before your wedding day.  This time together allows us to get to know each other better, for us to understand what is important to you, and help bring together all the details you've so meticulously planned. 

Wedding Angel Events offers three Wedding Management packages to serve all of your wedding needs!

At Wedding Angel Events we want to be your partner in your wedding so that your wedding day or wedding weekend is stress-free and smoothly executed, allowing you and your new spouse to focus on the things that matter most.

Your love and wedding are a beautiful story ~ We'll help you tell it.

Our wedding coordination and management packages are for those couples who would like to plan their own wedding, but would then like to be able relax and enjoy their wedding day, without worry or stress. We provide that extra set of hands that couples need to ensure their big day or weekend flows smoothly and flawlessly, by providing a liaison between vendors,  guests and families, managing everyone's needs, the timeline for festivities throughout the day and post-wedding activities.

We'll start working together anywhere from 2-6 months before your wedding day, which allows us to define your needs, understand what's important to you and your fiancé, and help bring together all those details that you have so meticulously planned for your big day. We want to be your partner for your day, which will allow you and your new spouse to focus on what really matters most.

Package Option + Experience

We'll start working together 2 months prior to your wedding date -  this package includes:

2 Months Prior to Wedding Day -

  • 6 Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding wish list, details, tasks, etc.

  • Unlimited Email support 

  • Phone support (phone calls by appointment)

  • Set priorities, budget, goals, preferences and overall vision for wedding

  • Wedding planning checklists, advice and helpful hints

  • Collaboratively create timeline and schedule of events for wedding day

  • Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided

  • Review all detailed ceremony, wedding party and wedding management forms with couple

  • Review vendor contracts

One Month Prior to Wedding Date- 

  • Review detailed wedding management forms with couple

  • Review and update all wedding details with couple

  • Final vendor confirmation and timeline review 

  • Contact all vendors - introductions and timeline emailed (Detailed timelines and information forms will be created and emailed to all of your vendors and any other client specified person.)

  • Verify all vendor arrival times, specific needs and contact information

The Day Before Your Wedding Day - Ceremony Rehearsal -

  • 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal management -to include final walk through

  • Collaboratively creating a ceremony timeline with your Officiant for your wedding ceremony

Your Wedding Day -

  • Lead coordinator on site to manage your wedding day and make sure it flows smoothly and gracefully

  • Assistant coordinator on site if applicable

  • 8 hours of wedding day management

  • Coordinator end time 9pm

  • We are the onsite point of contact for the couple, wedding party, vendors, families, venue and guests

  • Confirm the set-up for the ceremony and reception sites - check that spaces are set up according to your plan

  • Set up auxiliary tables (escort table, card & gift table, memory table, cake table, DJ table

  • Set out your special touches

  • Keep the couple and the wedding party as close to the timeline as possible throughout the day

  • Offer our Signature "15 minutes of Bliss" to the couple

  • Ensure the day runs smoothly and without issues

  • Communicate with all vendors throughout the wedding to ensure everything is on time

  • Cue all formalities including the wedding party and couple for ceremony, and special events at reception, such as toasts, first dance, cake cutting, etc.

  • Distribute gratuities 

  • Secure precious items at coordinator end time, such as gifts/cards, toasting flutes, bouquet, guest book etc and put them in a pre -designated area

* Your investment starting at $1,800

How wedding management packages are priced - 

We take the base price of the wedding management package you choose - then we add additional fees for:

 

1. Is your guest list more than 100 people? An additional coordinator will be added to your package -$250. (One additional coordinator will be added per 50 people over 100.)

2. Where will your wedding be located? Mileage is .58 cents/mile from Bangor. (If we are not staying overnight, calculate 4 trips.)

3. Will your wedding be more than 11/2 hrs from Bangor? If yes, then an overnight accommodation fee will be added to your package at the current hotel rate for that month. (unless you have a room block we can use)

4. How large is your wedding party? Any wedding party over 10 people will need an additional coordinator.

5. Are we your Officiant and your wedding manager? We will add an additional coordinator to your package to coordinate your ceremony, so our Officiant can do his/her job and then shift into coordination after the ceremony.

6.  Additional Wedding Managers will be added for wedding weekend coordination (Option + Experience 4), farm weddings, some barn weddings depending upon the layout, weddings with ceremonies and receptions in two different locations, vineyard weddings, private homes and/or large open space/nontraditional venue weddings that require a lot of set up.  One additional coordinator will be added per 50 people over 100. Additional Wedding Managers are at the discretion of the lead Wedding Manager

  • Mileage, additional wedding managers, overnight fee accommodations, and all other fees will already be included in your total package price.

  • If there are any changes to your ceremony or reception locations, additions to your guest count, or additional work added requiring additional coverage after our contract has been signed, Wedding Angel Events reserves the right to add an assistant coordinator(s) to your package to ensure you receive the proper coverage and management for your wedding according to our standards.

  • Wedding Management & Coordination services do not include set up of ceremony and reception spaces, however, this service is available and can be added to your contract. (Please see weddingangelevents.com under services for our Wedding day-of-set up).

  • As your Wedding Managers, we will happily help you with last minute special touches, such as setting up your escort card table, gift and card table, cake table, putting out your guest book, setting up any items used in your ceremony, placing menu cards, table numbers, centerpieces etc. All elements of your décor must be complete and ready for us to set out and display.  We will make sure all the décor elements that  we have discussed in previous meetings are in the correct places and are cohesive with your visions of your wedding spaces.

  • We are not responsible for other vendor's professionalism or abilities. 

  • Wedding Angel Events requires a non-refundable 50% retainer to book and hold your wedding date. This non-refundable retainer is not  for services rendered. It is considered an opportunity cost to hold your date on our calendar and not book another couple for your wedding date. :) 

  • Additional hours of Coordination and management are available @ $150/hr

  • For liability reasons our Wedding Managers cannot serve food/drinks to guests, buss tables, park cars, direct traffic, handle electronic equipment (laptops, tablets, cameras, speakers, sound systems, etc) hang any decorations that require a ladder (unless it's our own decor) or move anything heavier than 30lbs,
